If you need a really good worship playlist to listen to, I recommend this one by WorshipMob. They play beautiful, diverse and partly spontaneous worship music – and each song is around ten minutes, so you can just let it play for a really long time 🙂
1. Planning out October in my bullet journal
I just love the process of planning out a new month in my bujo! I’m digging through every single video, picture or blog post there is to see 🙂
A big thanks to my friend who showed me this beautiful song! It is a little sad… but it’s perfect ❤ Continue reading “A Song, Some Creative Stuff, and Maths Classes!”
In Philippians 2:13 it says:*
For God will give you the desire to obey Him, and the strength to do what pleases Him.
God has given us the desire to do what’s right and the strength to do it – but He has also given us free will. He won’t ever force us to obey Him. So the only thing we have to do is make a choice.
What do you choose? Continue reading “A choice…”
(I work at the front desk of a recreation center that has a pool in it. The pool is scheduled to shut down for annual maintenance, as it does every year. An elderly man comes in and walks up to me in a huff.)
Old Man: “Why are you closing the pool for a week this year?”
Me: “Sir, we always have. It’s an annual—”
Old Man: “Why? What’s wrong with the pool?!”
Me: “Sir, were resurfacing the bottom of the pool.”
Old Man: “Why can’t you just take the water off the bottom, and just leave the rest of the pool open?”
Thank you for the Internet. Thank you for this possibility we have to be able to connect and get to know people from all over the world; for the possibility of sharing and receiving inspiration and encouragement with fellow Christians.
Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to win their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.
It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
